Special IBA Academic Senate gathering and award ceremony, May 4, 2007, Budapest IBA Academic Senate held its official meeting in 4th. May 2007 in the Butokugan , Budapest. The meeting was led by Prof. George POPPER, IBA Executive President and Prof. Rony KLUGER, IBA Rector. During the meeting the President and the Rector presented the Senate with the latest developments and the strategy for further upgrades in IBA's International activities.
Celebrating our new IBA Chamber in Tirgu Mures, Romania, April 28 - May 1, 2007 Prof. Rony Kluger visited Tirgu Mures, Romania to celebrate and announce officially the opening of IBA Chamber in Romania. During his visit Prof. Kluger taught a very special seminar on Classical Budo and its up to date applications. The visit was hosted by a very special and extremely dedicated Budo community in the beautiful city if Tirgu Mures. Master Zoltan Cionanta Veres was appointed by IBA as the Head of IBA Chamber in Romania. We all wish success and positive, continuous  development of our new Branch in Romania. To the new leader, Master Cionante Veres we wish a very successful term of office.
Special IBA Award Ceremony Hungary, December 2006 During the Special Training seminar pf Karate Do held in Budapest celebrating the opening of the new European Budo Centre the BUTOKUGAN directed by Attila Miskolczi - Shihan, IBA leadership decided to promote Shihan Istvan KELEMEN, the "father" of the Hungarian Ju Jutsu  to the rank of 8th Dan Ju Jutsu in a special celebration held in BUTOKUGAN. The ceremony was organized by IBA President Prof. Popper and IBA Rector Prof KLUGER. The ceremony was attended by all leaders of the Hungarian Budo community and the local press. Shihan KELEMEN was also promoted to the post of IBA - IBSSA ISF Ju Jutsu section's International Head Master. Hearty congratulations!!!
Special IBA Award Ceremony Hungary, July 2006 Special award ceremony of the IBA held in the historic Szirak Castle in Hungary. Professor George POPPER, IBA President, and Prof. Rony KLUGER, IBA Rector led the formal protocol. The ceremony drew public attention and some TV channels and local news papers reported very positively. The ceremony was a special occasion in a very special place just after the International training camp of Karate Do in the town of Godollo, outside Budapest.
IBA Special Presentation during AAU Nationals USA, Miami July 2006 During the AAU Nationals of 2006 President Jo Mirza invited Dr. Ron KLUGER to present IBA and its ideas in a special presentation/lecture in front of AAU's team of Coaches. The presentation was well received. No doubt the future cooperation between AAU and IBA will flourish and surely upgrade and affect the USA Karate coaching level as well the general Budo education of the classical Martial Art Teachers.
IBA Rector, visits Bombay India 21 - 25 April 2006 Prof. Rony KLUGER visited Bombay, India for a short but very intense visit. Prof. Kluger has been invited to India to lecture and teach Karate Do and Kobudo. During the well attended seminar (over 200 participants) he ran a series of meetings and press conferences with local officials in order to build up a solid representation and future development for IBA in India. Mr. Mehul Vera was announced as IBA’s new representative. Mr. Vera is a well known school owner and leader in Mumbai. We wish a hearty congratulation and are looking forward to a very positive future development of IBA in India.
IBA leaders meet in Budapest 8 April 2006 IBA leaders: Prof. George Popper (IBA Executive President), Prof.  Rony KLUGER (Rector of IBA), Dr. Frank Philipoom (Head of IBA Chamber in Holland), Prof. Erik Van de Wall (IBA Dean of  the Faculty of Alternative Medicine) and our new representative in Ukraine Dr. Anatoly Sosnin the head of Bujutsu Kenkyu Kai  met in Budapest. Future developments and upgrade of IBA international activities were discussed. IBA ran very successful seminars in Holland, Lithuania and next month the Rector Prof. Kluger will run official courses in India, Italy Monte Negro, and meetings in the USA and Hungary. In June 2006 will be the official IBA award ceremony in the USA, in July 2006 will be the official IBA award ceremony in Budapest and in October in Holland. IBA, as IBSSA official education provider, is investing in a full upgrade of its international presence world wide. IBA lately signed official agreements with representatives of Great Britain, Bulgaria, Lithuania, Monte Negro, India and in Budapest with Dr. Anatoly Sosnin in the name of Bujutsu Kenkyu Kai from Ukraine and with Dr Fabian Peter, Senior leader of the Hungarian Kempo Federation. IBA will also distribute a full line of official trade marked merchandized products.
IBA Instructors Promotion Course HOLLAND, March 2006 A special three day educational program took place in Holland, with Prof. Rony KLUGER, hosted by IBA Holland chairman Dr. Frank PHILIPOOM. During the three days Dr. Kluger conducted some special master classes for the local Budo Teachers. The lectures and the practical classes dealt with the obstacles of a professional Martial Art Teacher on his daily duties as a Budo Educator. The lectures were attended by teachers from all over Holland
Dr. Ron KLUGER visits the USA. June 2005 The President of IBSSA - ISF Dr. Ron Kluger has been invited by  President of AAU Karate Program Mr. Joe B. Mirza, as official guest of the AAU (Amateur Athletic Union of the USA - National Karate Program) Nationals - 2005. This years Nationals held in the beautiful city of Lakeland, Florida. The AAU Nationals is a huge exemplary event of over 6000 sportsmen week long gathering. the first two days are for education (clinics, lectures, meetings) and the rest of the days are the National Championships. The clinics and the lectures has been  executed by the world leading Master Teachers of the Karatedo -Mikami Sensei (Shotokan), Kotaka Sensei (Shito ryu), Mirza Sensei (Shotokan), Merriman Sensei and Kluger Sensei (Goju ryu), Saito Sensei (Shito ryu), Oshiro Sensei (Ryurei ryu), George Kotaka, Elisa Au and Christofer Pinna world Champions and others. Over 1400 participants in the world class clinics.  During  the great event Mr. Joe B. Mirza has been conferred as Doctor of Philosophy - Budo Leadership & Education. Dr. J. B. Mirza the legendary leader of AAU Karate Program announced that the AAU and the International Budo Academy will fully cooperate in a project of creating a full educational system to assist and strengthen Martial Art Teachers in Pan America. Dr.Kluger, Dean of IBA, held several meetings with Dr. Joe B. Mirza Head of IBA Pan American Chamber, and reached agreement concerning full cooperation for hosting and combining the events of  IBSSA Congress, IBSSA - ISF World Martial Arts Convention and AAU Nationals 2006 in MIAMI, USA during July 2006. Dr. Kluger held several important meetings with senior Police officers concerning future development of IBSSA activities with in the USA and specially in Hawaii.
